Art deco? Yeoman Plate three pc Tea set

I have a three piece art deco tea set. The teapot is stamped but i think due to my grandparents weekly polish they have been almost rubbed away. All three pieces have YEOMAN PLATE MADE IN ENGLAND on the underneath and the teapot has, above the stamps, H59 which is also on the inside of the lid i am assuming it was just a way for the manufacturer to put the correct pieces together.

Again any info would be much appreciated.

Although having H59 on each part would help to ensure the right bits went together I suspect that it is actually just the pattern number.
