I have a large ornate,heavy platter. I cleaned up the front so far. It has an International Silver Company brand on the back. Its dimensions are 16 width and 22 and 3/4 length. Can you give me a rough year and value estimate.- I was unable to download pics. Will email.- okay further cleaning reveals stcker that says silver plateing made in china . Im a bit dissapointed
