Someone has given me this cutlery set. Do you think it is Silver or not?

I have attached an image which you can zoom in on. There are the initials AP and what looks like a lion. There is also a crown on some of the pieces.

I can't zoom in to your picture, but from what I can see there is no evidence of markings for silver.
