I think this hallmark is for James Deakin and Sons I can't find what EPGS is - can you help.
What do the other letters stand for??
JD&S ep over GS lantern inside shield next line has F or L 1370

Electro Plated German Silver, or silverplated. The number is probably a pattern number.

A little extra information: German Silver is another name for nickel silver, called German because that's where it was invented.
And I can confirm Deakin & Sons as the manufacturer. Strictly speaking this is not a hallmark as the item is not silver.
