Post subject: What do the markings on this Silver Basket mean

Have found a silver sweet/fruit basket in the loft which belonged to my mother. I would like to know what the markings on the bottom of the basket mean and also if it is of any value

It was made by Walker & Hall and there is a little letter b under the flag. Under that there is a number 51081 A1, and under that Walker & Hall Sheffield, and under that a number 37.
