Please see attached image of William Fearn Spoon. Any idea of spoon type? Is it a form of Berry spoon? Value?

Yes, it is a type of berry spoon. If it is a mid to late 18th century spoon by William Fearn then the decoration would have been done later during the Victorian era when many earlier spoons were (by some opinions) ruined. Assuming that it is what we would call table spoon size (i.e. about 8" / 20cm) the value would be in the range £30 - £60.
