Hi there,
I am a novice here, I was wondering if anyone can help me with this hallmarks (star, 800, SE in hexagon, KLAIPEDA). I already know that it comes from Klaipeda, Lithuania but, just wonder what year it was made... 1918-1945 ???

any help will be much appreciated.
