Post subject: Please help with these hallmarks unusual symbol phoenix?

Hello there this is my first posting and would be grateful for any information regarding these symbols many thanks.The first one looks like a phoenix in a six sided shape , the next is an old style L then i think the letters are GRC followed by another old style L then the crown mark {Sheffield?}.

Just a guess here.
Silverplate mark used by George Richmond Collis & Company, Birmingham, England.
