I have an incense burner and would like to find out all about it. Where is it from? any other information you can help with.

My guess would be Russian.

I do not see the same hallmark on the site you suggested. I thought the hallmark shows 1395 is that right? or is it 1895. Does that signify the year or what?
Any additional information would be very helpful. Thanks
