Hi,
I am trying to find ouy what the following hallmark means- A1 EP then 3 stars in a clover leaf followed by NS then 3 B's inside overlapping circles

A1 undefined standard to say that it is a good quality, but noone controlles that
EP - Electro plated
3 stars - give association that it is silver (but it is not)
NS - Nickel Silver
3 B's maker dont know who
