Post subject: Hallmarks on silver ring

Hi! Please could you help me identify the hallmarks on my silver ring, which are: CCR, a lion's head, 925, an anchor (I think) and the letter b. All of these are surrounded by either an oval or a square. I would like to know what the "CCR" in an oval refers to- would this be the maker's mark? Thank you very much for your help!
