Hi All

I was mentioning "Absinthe Spoons" in another part of the forum and was wondering if Absinthe was available in America. It is here in Australia :}

Good stuff. Just thought I'd ask seeing that I'm in the 'Bar'

John

John - yep, it is. I live down south in Baton Rouge, just up the road from New Orleans, and the stuff is used a lot here in cooking and getting ready to cook, or talking about cooking, or eating. You pick 'em...the first sip will gag ya, but it gets better the more you drink. Yesterday was Mardi Gras here so the whole town has a hangover.

Regards,

Uncle Vic
