I was wondering if anyone may know anything at all about the maker of this basket.
Please refer to pics for details. The first mark looks like EP and the end mark a trumpet I think. Thankyou!

Your picture is too small to see, but from your description the maker is James Dixon & Sons. The intervening marks should therefore be JD&S in Old English script. EP of course tells us it is electroplate.
