I have a Small Silver Knife w/3 HALLMARKS - I need help knowing what this is. There are a FISH-W-LAMP stamped on the knife blade This knife is very decorative with hand carvings on the blade on one side and the 3 hallmarks on the other. If anyone can help me understand what this is that would be great
