I recently inherited this samovar from my aunt. I have no idea of its age or history. I've examined it closely with a magnifying glass, but cannot find any marks, letters, numbers, or any other clue to its origin. It stands between 16 and 17 inches tall. The spigot handle appears to be a light-colored wood. There is a separate small cup-like vessel that rests on the stand below the samovar. It has a small hollow tube coming out the top that fits into the spigot. I would greatly appreciate any information about this samovar. Thank you. P.S. - I now have a real admiration for anyone who can take good photos of silver!
