I have a collection of sterling silver flatware. It would have been brought into this country from Germany in the 1910’s. There is a Hamburg city hallmark, the castle with three flags and an “A” in the archway. The only other marking is “OTTO” in a rectangular stamp. I am having trouble identifying the maker. Any help would be appreciated.
