Hello, can anyone tell me anything especially age about this small, five and a quarter inch long spoon. I believe that it has pseudo hall marks and is nickel silver. Marks are fleur de lis followed by E P then a crown for Sheffield. I also think that it may have some age as it is not marked as EPNS as legally required after 1896. Thank you for any help you may give.
