Post subject: Question about a mark on some flatware

I have several pieces of flatware that say "CJS" "PRIMA" and have a mark. I am assuming they are silverplate, but I am not familiar with the maker, nor have I been able to find any information googling, and I don't know the mark. Does anyone know who this maker is and if this item is silverplate?
