SOLID HALLMARKED GILDED SILVER AND ENAMELLED. BIRMINGHAM 1992 J.W.BENSON. IT HAS A LOOP AT THE TOP SO MAYBE IT IS MEANT TO BE HUNG FROM SOMTHING. IT WEIGHS 3oz AND IS 5" X 2.5". CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP WITH WHAT IT IS OR IT`S FUNCTION. MANY THANKS - PAUL.

The bird is, I think, a phoenix. Could this be masonic regalia?

Possibility that it may be something to do with Archery the blue enamelling is definately a feather or / Arrow flight
