I recently found a interesting Silver pendant I believe it must be from the east. But I’m not quite sure. I would like to find out more on this pendant and I hope I can ask you expertise on this item.

The Large Silver Pendant measuring 18cm in length, having a main heart shaped body with small mirror behind the heart , decorated with silver bells, I think it must be dating to around the end of 18th or early 19th Century,

Total length is 18cm and the weight is 75 Grams.
