D Hi, I have this silver spoon, and I would like some information about the hallmarks please. i did the best i could with the photo but...
It has fleur-de lis ish shape, # kind of shape , D & A are the last three.
And yes I am as ignorant about this as I sound!

Based on you description they are not Sterling Silver Hallmarks but faux hallmarks for plated or EPNS wares. It is still an antique though, late Victorian. Marks like fleur de lys where used to imitate sterling hallmarks but were tightened up after 1897. All the best.
