Dutch Makers Mark HH

I have a Dutch miniature silver object of a mann with a Pipe. It is only marked with a Makers Mark H.H.

First I tought it was 18 century Groningen beacause it is just one mark but I recently saw the mark of H. Hartman that also looks like this mark…

Can somebody help me identify the maker of this object?

I know this is a late reply to this post but the mark is Dutch for the maker H. Hooykaas
