I can’t read the markings very well. I think they say __C and Co. I don’t know what the first letter is.
Can you get a clearer picture of the marks? Without the first character it’s going to be difficult to narrow down the possibilities. If you camera won’t do macro a scanned, reasonably accurate drawing might help. Assuming there are no other marks on the teapot it is most likely that it is electroplate rather than silver.
