Unknown continental mark - your help needed

If you have any idea about this mark I would like to hear from you. It`s on a solid silver bangle. It reads PAM 925 AND A SIDEWAYS ANCHOR SYMBOL. The PAM is an official part of the hallmarking and not what someone has inscribed on it. Many thanks Paul.

This is a modern Birmingham mark and comprises only those elements currently required by law, a sponsor’s mark (PAM), a finenness standard (925) and an assay office mark (anchor for Birmingham). Other symbols which we normally associate with british hallmarking such as lion passant and date letter are no longer compulsory.
