Hi I believe it is circa 1940-45. Grandpa's horse in New Zealand won !st place in race and one of the prizes was tea set. I thought it was sterling silver but now looking at marks doesn't appear...got bugle on it there are three pieces plus tray see epbm E782 on this piece and tray says James Dixon & Sons. Not sure exact year...
think it's a total of 400 ounces but not sure.

Disappointed that it's EPBM which apparently is electroplate. any idea of the value???

EPBM Electro Plated Brittania Metal - and you are correct it is not silver. Value - I have no idea.
