Recently purchased a silver pendant carrying the Edinburgh castle, and thistle hallmarks. Date letter is possibly a 'Q'. Designer initials are GWS.
Please can you confirm approx date and who this designer is?

Hi Davina, and welcome to silver-collector.com.

It is very hard to tell you when your pendant was made or who made it without seeing a picture of the marks. If you can post an image I will be happy to tell you all about it.
