Family Candlesticks Holders

Hello. I am new to this forum. I have searched for ‘bird’ marks, but could not find the mark on the candlesticks holders I have. I have attached both a picture of the holder and the mark on the bottom of the base.

Any ideas?

Thanks, Tom

Unless there is some indication of silver content such as a hallmark or "sterling" or a numerical standard such as 925 then your candlestick is very unlikely to be silver. It is more likely to be silver plate or even pewter. I don't recognise the trade mark, but suggest it is probably a phoenix rising from the flames.
