Post subject: Help with Identifying Marks

I can see the anchor for Birmingham(?) in the middle, it looks like the Lion Passant (?) on the left although facing the opposite direction that I've seen in other photos, and the mark on the right I can't make out. There is a shamrock to the left of Sterling on one piece, and what looks like a bone on another. This is a tea set, and I've included a picture of the tea-pot, which seems to have ivory on the handle.

Thank you for any help and/or ideas you may have.

This is an American Gorham silver martk. The shamrock is Gorham's date code (see here) for 1913.
