I understand that the main hallmark on this goblet is for Birmingham, 1930, but have been stumped by the other marks, on the left hand side of this close up image. Any suggestions? Thanks!

They are Dublin import marks for 1930/31.

Great thanks! This goblet also has a commemorative inscription as it was presented to 'Teachers Whisky' in Glasgow when they opened a new bottling hall there in the 1960s. I wonder how it managed to find its way to Dublin and back again?!!
