Hi. Am new to the site - it looks very very interesting.
I have a sugar bowl and cream jug (sorry no pic) which may be Old Sheffield Plate. The mark on both is TL & SS with the number 8193 stamped underneath. Any ideas?

Probably T Land & Sons of Sheffield (see here), in business 1901 - 1977. If so they are electroplate rather than OSP.

Spot on! Thanks so much. There is no EPS mark, so I just assumed OSP. Shame.
