Can someone confirm if these are silver

I recently bought some fish knives and forks, they looked stunning.

I thought they were EPNS marks but now I not sure… can somebody please advise.

Although I don’t recognise this mark it is not a silver mark, so therefore most likely EPNS.

My initial thoughts were EPNS, but the quality of the these items is 1st class, from the decorative engraving & the overall quality.

But I couldn’t find any reference to the maker, so I’ll assume EPNS
