Here's a set of spoons bearing only the mark "800" on them.
I'd like to know how much they're worth

Well, the "800" means they are 80% silver vs. 92.5% for sterling. 800 is the typical Continential silver standard. They look to me like demitasse spoons from Italy, my guess would be about $20 each.

the other symbols I am not scure of, but it is city marks.

Venice - lion with the book
Rome - Wulf
Keys = vatican ??
