Help identify hallmark

I have a silver box that is long and narrow, it has a hinged lid and is covered in dancing figures. It has a number on the bottom 3621 and a mark which I can’t identify. The box may not be all silver, it looks almost like there is gold or copper color on the figures. The bottom appears to be silver. Picture of the bottom mark is here - my camera isn’t that good so it’s not as clear as I hoped. flickr.com/photos/pandafur/
The mark is sort of a central image with what looks like two pipes, one on each side. The box is just over 8" long and 1" wide. Any help is appreciated, this box came from my great-grandparents so it’s fairly old. Thank you.

Actually I think it is barbour 925-1000.com/silverplate_B.html
