Can anyone help identify these marks for me
I would have said that this is a London hallmark of 1803, with the makers mark of John Pritchard, who first registered his mark as a bucklemaker, and subsequently registered as a smallworker in 1799.
BUT, as always, am more than willing to be proved wrong
