Post subject: Need Help Identifing a Silver Spoon

I attached a few pictures. There are three stampings on the spoon that read, "Sterling",
"Pat1880", and a Monogram Capital "P" that looks like some form of Old English. The spoon bowl is beautiful I wish I could attach four pictres. Thanks for all your help!
