Help with maker's mark

Hi -

The marks on this cup indicate sterling, London, 1860-61…but I’m not able to find the maker’s mark in Jackson. Any help would be appreciated.

Thomas William, Henry & Louis Dee, whose mark was registered on 11 April 1859.
