Identyfing almmark on centrepiece

Hello, I’m no expert on silver, can you help me identyfing these allmaks on centrepiece?
There is a “W B” between a cross/flower? on the base, a 008 on upper part of the plate and 4 unknow marks in the bottom of the plate, one maybe animal an other star?

what an attractive peice! I like it. 800 is the purity mark, meaning 800 parts to 1000, or 80% silver content
