Hi, I have a silver locket and chain. The markings on the locket are ML,
anchor, lion, B in square. Can anyone give any info please? 
That sounds like a 20th century Birmingham hallmark. The date letter “B” could be 1926, 1951 or 1976. You can see the various styles of lettering and punch on the Birmingham Assay Office web site here. If you can’t make sense of it post a picture and we’ll see what we can do.
I don’t know who ML is.

Without seeing it and knowing the full details it’s impossible to be sure, but at a guess, and assuming it is just a standard sort of locket, I would say not a lot more than £10. You can check out completed auctions on eBay to get an idea of what they are selling for and you may even see something similar to yours.
