I would like as much info as possible about the marking on this spoon.

Hi,
I can't really see the marks i'm afraid. The top mark is an EP in a shield so the spoon is silver plated (EP stands for Elctro-Plated), not sterling silver. The bottom mark looks like A1, so it is likely to be late Victorian plate.
