Identifying Silver Ink Blotter

Hey

My mum’s a registrar and she recently got a promotion so I got her a new ink blotter off the internet. It didn’t say that it was silver in the description but I thought it looked pretty. Now I’ve got it I polished it up a bit and found some hallmarks but can’t find what they mean. I’d like to know what they are so I can tell my mum, any help work be greatly appreciated.

I can’t read the first 2 letters (N something?, possibly NS for nickel silver), but the last 2 are “EP”, which indicate electroplate, so the blotter is not silver unfortunately.

I think N3 the first and second the TP is the last two words.
