While the center mark does have a central element with an appearence similar to that of a thistle, it does not seem to be (photographed at a distance) the classic thistle used for assay in Scotland. I am not convinced the marking is Scottish. An assayer's mark, Scottish town mark, duty mark, something else should be present. The remaining marks seem inconsistent with combinations of Scottish marks that should exist almost regardless of the Scottish locale. It may well be a Continental Europe marking? Sorry I cannot be of more help at first glance.
