The symbol/letter after W&HS is a date code, but I can’t work out what it might be. Walker and Hall were unusual in putting their own date code on many of their electroplate items. As it is electroplate and not silver any value which it might have is because it is an oil lamp. Provided there is no plating loss it would make quite a decorative item. I suggest that you look at completed auctions on eBay to see what sort of price oil lamps are selling for. You may not find anything like yours but at least it will give you an idea.
