Embarassed I am really ebarrassed but I don't know my way around here so I may have posted in the wrong place. I have a very old martini pitcher with a hall mark on the bottom. I would loike to know when and where it was made . It is a puzzle. I have tried to research it for several weeks on line and at the book store oplease help me if you can.

Hi Janie,
It does look like an old Victorian silver plate mark, but I don't recognise it i'm afraid. Can you post a pic of the item so I can see what it looks like?
