The hallmark shows that your mustard (it's not a salt) was assayed in Birmingham in 1961 and was made by Adie Bothers Ltd. You should be able to get a fairly good estimate of value by looking at the completed auctions listings on eBay. Note that it would be worth more if it had a matching spoon and that it should also have a glass liner.
