Hi,
I have inherited what I call cake cutlery, three knives and six forks in what I think is silver, they have black varnished handles.
The Hallmark is a Crown - Lion - U ( which I have dated 1840)
the next is the makers name which is oval with Ss to the left - W to the top - & to the bottom and Ltd to the right.
Please could you help me.
