hi i am new here and am looking for help on identifiying an item i have with some hallmarks that i wondered if anyone could help me with. many thanks for any info anyone can give me

HI there, and thanks for joining us on silver-collector.com.
The marks show that your item is sterling silver, hallmarked in Chester, in 1902 (the date letter B). I can't see the makers mark to tell you who made it sorry.
