We have aqcuired this from mother in law to sell it but have no clue what its worth or how to sell it! It weighs 2 kg and I have no idea what the hallmarks mean - anyone help???

It has a (what looks like gramaphone) with the lettr H and LD followed by an nA in a clover leaf.

Under which it says Harrods London S.W

Under that the letter P K 2 1 1 G then the words HARD SOLDERED - I was told it was solid silver and would like to sell it if possible!

Unfortunately it's not solid silver. Hard soldered implies that it is electroplate and in addition it does not have hallmarks. Electroplate has little commercial value although there might be a small premium for the Harrods name.
