What do these marks mean? The items are candlesticks 30 cm high old Sheffield plated possibly early 19th century Regency. They might have been made by John or Thomas Settle. The Crown Mark indicates Sheffield, and the other marks may be date markis (?)

Old Sheffield Plate is never marked with date letters or town marks, so in this case the marks you see do not actually tell you either where or when they were made. If you can post images of the sticks, and if poss the marks, I will try and tell you more about them.
Best regards
