Hello.

Can anyone please help decipher who the maker of this tray is.

I translated the hallmark as follows....but the maker's mark still escapes me.

1999, Birmingham

There are no good references for modern marks. You could try contacting the Birmingham Assay Office directly via their website at http://www.theassayoffice.co.uk/

Just seen this post.
I had a very contemporary piece with the 'VS' mark, which turned out to be Victoria Silverware Ltd, still active at 130 Hockley Hill, Birmingham
