My parents left this to me, a silver plated porcelain tea set - no tray - just the cream and sugar and tea pot. There is a tiny bit of porcelain showing on one handle of the sugar bowl. The marking on the bottom is wmf - WM with the F underneath the WM. Any ideas as to value or when it was made? That is all it states on the bottom.
